paid runs and races keep spots tight and the route safe. here is exactly what happens to your money when plans change, ours or yours.

if we cancel a run
full refund, no questions. if trc calls off a run or a race for any reason, every paid entry is refunded in full, automatically. you don't need to ask.
if you can't make it
tell us at least 24 hours before flag-off — message us on instagram or email runwithtrc@gmail.com — and your entry transfers to a future run of the same or lower price. no refund to your account, but your money keeps its place in the crew.
no-shows
if you don't turn up and we didn't hear from you a day ahead, the entry is used. no refund and no transfer. capped spots mean an empty bib kept someone else from running.
how the money comes back
refunds go back to the payment method you used, processed through razorpay. they usually land within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
