this site helps you find our runs, reserve a spot, and reach us. it collects only what a run actually needs, and only when you choose to register. here is the full version.

what we collect
nothing until you register for a run. when you reserve a spot, the form asks for your name, phone number, email, age, and chosen distance — and your gender and instagram handle if you choose to add them. that is all, and only to hold your place, keep you posted about the run, and handle payment for paid entries.
how we use it
to manage your spot and to email you about your own registration — a confirmation, a payment link, or a note if plans change. those emails go out through resend. we don't send marketing, and we never sell or share your details with anyone beyond the handful of services below.
payments
paid runs are processed by razorpay. your card or upi details go straight to razorpay and never touch our servers — we only keep whether an entry is paid, the razorpay reference, and the amount.
who handles your data
your registration is stored in our database on supabase, transactional emails are sent through resend, and the site is hosted on vercel. each is a reputable provider with its own security and privacy terms, and we only pass on what's needed for the things above. our host may also keep standard technical logs — an ip address, browser type, pages requested — to keep the site running and secure.
analytics
we use vercel's web analytics and speed insights to count page views and measure how fast pages load. it is cookieless and aggregated: it does not track you across other sites or build a profile of you.
links and embeds
we link out to instagram, and a run page may embed a google map for the meeting point. those services have their own privacy policies and set their own cookies once they load. we don't control what they collect.
your choices
want a copy of what we hold, or want it deleted? email us at runwithtrc@gmail.com and we'll sort it out. we keep registration records only as long as we need them for the run itself and any refunds.
